Job Summary:

The Order Management Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders from entry to delivery. This role acts as a liaison between customers, sales teams, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders in the D365 system from receipt through fulfillment and invoicing. Release work and clean schedule.
  • Handle commercial invoices for international orders
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and resolve any issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, Production, Operations Support Team) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and proactively address delays, shortages, or other fulfillment challenges.
  • Generate and review reports on order accuracy, backlog, and delivery performance.
  • Maintain accurate and organized order records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Identify process improvements to increase order accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, or related role.
  • Experience with D365 systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.
  • Familiarity with international shipping and trade compliance.
  • Knowledge of inventory processes.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment and Warehouse Environment (must be able to work in hot/cold environments)
  • May occasionally require extended hours during peak periods or project deadlines.
  • May occasionally require working weekends
  • Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time
  • Steel Toe Shoes are Required
