Job DescriptionBased in our Munich headquarters, the Order Coordination Team supports the organization of our sales and support teams across the world. For this role, we are seeking an active and energetic individual to join our multicultural team as an Order Coordinator Assistant.
Your tasks include:
- Creating and monitoring customer orders within SAP and Salesforce
- Checking product availability and capacity planning according to customer requirements within SAP
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date order documentation and efficiency during the post-sales and production process
- Processing deliveries for shipment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customer sites
- Obtaining approvals and following up on back orders with relevant stakeholders
- Creating invoices, credit notes/memos as well as managing return orders
- Monitoring of open orders in OOPA
- Booking of acceptance, revenue and warranty dates in SAP
- Close collaboration with various departments such as sales operations at HQ and subsidiaries, production, warehouse and export to coordinate orders efficiently
- Participation and contribution to continuous improvement project
- Completed commercial education
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-orientated and international environment, such as sales support or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently with a deep sense of commitment
- A motivated team player with a good sense of humor and proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Well-organized with solid computer skills and knowledge in integrated ERP solutions, e.g. SAP, Salesforce.com
