Oracle Recipe Admin

Responsable de procesar diversas solicitudes a través del sistema interno de envío y seguimiento. el rol trabajará en estrecha colaboración con la organización técnica responsable del desarrollo de nuevas formulaciones de recubrimientos en Estados Unidos, para crear nuevos códigos de artículo y archivar fórmulas, recetas y especificaciones de calidad, principalmente para uso en laboratorio.  También siendo responsable de completar las solicitudes con precisión y eficiencia para cumplir con los plazos de entrega establecidos.

Responsabilidades clave:

• Llenado de fórmulas madre
• Gestión a través del sistema Oracle
• Crear nuevos códigos de artículo y archivar fórmulas
• Solicitudes de igualación de color
• Solicitudes de paneles
• Solicitudes de PDS
• Llenar información en Oracle para generar fórmulas
• Introducir datos de características físico-químicas
• Llenar especificaciones de productos terminados

Requisitos:

• Indispensable para el puesto tener fluidez en inglés, conversacional y escrito.
• Licenciatura. Este es un puesto de nivel inicial. Se valoran los conocimientos de gestión de datos y de Oracle. 
•  Se valoran habilidades de entrada de datos en Oracle, SAP o un sistema similar ERP.
• Dominio de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office 365.
• Buenos conocimientos de Microsoft Excel, tablas dinámicas, creación de cuadros de mando, fórmulas y funciones de análisis.
• Capacidad para trabajar con diversas disciplinas en un entorno multicultural.
