Cost Accounting Analyst/Specialist (SME)

Oracle EBS Cost Accounting / Project Accounting Specialist for Multi-Year U.S. Government Contract

Qualifications

  • Experience managing an enterprise-wide cost accounting program in a federal government agency.
  • At least three (3) successful engagements advising on and applying activity-based cost accounting principles to support management business decisions and cost accounting applications.
  • Possess certifications such as Certified Cost Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, etc.
  • Experience creating Cost Accounting Analysis (reports), views and graphs.
  • Experience maintaining an enterprise-wide cost accounting system at a federal customer site that uses Oracle EBS as a source system (to include Projects Accounting Module).
  • Experience with OBIEE a plus.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or HRLinks Time and Attendance System that supports labor reporting by activity a plus.
