Job DescriptionJob Title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: Washington, DC

Here is the requirement:
- Provide network infrastructure support and back-end support for all NetWare and Microsoft systems hardware and operating systems, LAN/WAN connectivity and other service delivery functions.
- Assist in application testing, installations, configuration and integration to meet requirements.
· Support .NET applications and underlying development, test, and production system environments.
· Implement and maintain utilities and application interfaces to support ongoing and new functionalities.
· Support the user community by troubleshooting and resolving database environment issues, resolving software performance issues, and serving as a technical liaison to the development team.
· Perform minor UNIX systems administration functions by supporting Linux and UNIX servers, including HP-UNIX services running production, development and test Oracle database environments.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator/Engineer
· Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP networking
· Oracle PL/SQL programming skills and Crystal Reports XI/2013 development experience including but not limited to:
· Stored procedures and views
· Performance tuning of queries
· Ability to deliver in a dynamic environment
· Good analytical skills
· Ability to understand diverse requirements from multiple stakeholder groups
· Good technical documentation skills.
· Working knowledge of cloud-based Business Intelligence systems
· Expertise in Oracle 11g Database
· Expertise in PL/SQL
· Expertise in Crystal Reports XI (and earlier versions)
· Proficiency in Business Objects
· Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies and tools
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#
· Experience with Business Objects platform, Microsoft.NET, ASP.NET, C#, VB.Net, Visual Studio Team Foundation Developer's Suite, and Crystal Reports XI server administration experience
· Ability to communicate with business and program staff; to take direction and feedback; to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and within a team when necessary; willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
· Knowledge of basic project management methodologies and tools
