Role Overview
As an Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle PaaS solutions to meet client business requirements. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle PaaS offerings with existing systems, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Oracle PaaS solutions, including integrations, extensions, and custom applications, to address specific client needs.
• Implement and manage integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and on-premises systems using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams on Oracle PaaS capabilities and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle PaaS solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions and conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff.
• Ensure that all solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle PaaS development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder, and related PaaS tools.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in relevant areas.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
