- Design and implement BI solutions using OBIA 11g and OBIEE 12c platforms.
- Configure and customize OBIA 11g modules (Financials, HR, Procurement, etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain RPD (Repository) layers: Physical, Business Model, and Presentation.
- Create and manage dashboards, analyses, KPIs, and interactive reports.
- Work with ETL tools (ODI) to design and support data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Customize BI Apps metadata and integrate OBIA with various source systems.
- Analyzing IT security compliance reports on BI systems to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulatory standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot OBIEE/OBIA-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and role-based access control.
- 5+ years of experience with OBIEE 11g/12c and OBIA 11g implementations.
- Hands-on expertise with OBIEE RPD development, Answers, Dashboards, and Delivers.
- Strong experience with Oracle BI Applications (OBIA) configuration and customization.
- Experience in tuning performance of reports and dashboards.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle databases and RHEL 7 OS.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or Fusion Apps as source systems for OBIA.
- Exposure to cloud-based BI tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics Cloud) is a plus.
- OBIEE/OBIA certification is preferred.
