Skill set required for support resource as below:

Oracle Identity Manager – R1 & R2 version
Oracle Access Manager – R1 & R2 version
Weblogic knowledge

If the resource has knowledge of Java development & Oracle Virtual directory then it will be great.

Resource will be required to support the existing implementation of Oracle IAM suite.

Should have worked on Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
Should have worked on the Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD)
Should have worked on the R2 release

Skills Required

Experience with Oracle Identity Manager R1 and R2
Experience with Oracle Access Manager R1 and R2
Knowledge of WebLogic
Experience with Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD)
Experience supporting R2 release
Java development knowledge
