Job DescriptionLead the design of Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Compensation, Recruitment, and related modules, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and target operating models.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, architects, integration, security, reporting, and data migration teams.
- Assess impacts across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and downstream systems.
- Support design governance, solution reviews, and architecture approvals.
- Provide guidance on best practices, release features, and Oracle roadmap opportunities.
- Contribute to testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
- 7+ years' experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR and one or more modules such as Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, or Workforce Management.
- Proven experience in large-scale HR transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of integrations, security, reporting, and data migration considerations within Oracle HCM ecosystems.
- Experience working within Agile and/or waterfall delivery environments.
