WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Develop and implement business solutions leveraging industry, function, and business expertise.
Deliver functional and application designs.
Ensure solutions represent current and future business requirements
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
3+ years in Oracle cloud HCM implementation experience.
3+ years of experience in HCM Cloud applications (i.e. Oracle HCM Cloud, talent management, payroll)
Experience in the whole lifecycle of a cloud implementation project.
Providing technical guidance for troubleshooting Oracle HCM Applications
Knowledge of SQL and PL-SQL is an asset.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong English written/verbal communications.
Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
Willing to travel to customer sites on a regular basis.
Experience in working as part of Global/ Matrixed/ Remote teams.
Self-driven, ability to work under minimal supervision.
Excellent Analytical skills.
