Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Description:

Our Enterprise Apps & SaaS Group works on the latest and emerging Enterprise Applications such as Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS Payroll to enable Business transformations for our clients. We look for candidates who are well versed in the Enterprise Application skills and can demonstrate a higher knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS Payroll (AU) to solve real world problems and maximise value of these products for our clients.

The HCM Consultant is an experienced multi-skilled professional, with hands on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS Payroll (AU). He/she is an excellent collaborator, who is part of a niche team responsible for managing the administration/act as an advisory to our customers.

The Oracle HCM consultant is motivated to take strong ownership on actions, to find innovative ways to improve the services’ agility and efficiency, and to continuously gain more skills whilst enriching the product and experience for our customers.

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is mandatory for account security purposes.

Key Skills Required 
To be successful in this position you will possess many of the following attributes:

• Minimum 8 years of Oracle HCM (EBS Payroll, HCM Cloud) implementations/continuous improvement/upgrade experience.
• Solid experience and background in Oracle eBusiness Suite Payroll for Australia with at least 3 implementations.
• Minimum of 3 Oracle SaaS HCM Cloud project implementations with proven experience and delivering success across ANZ.
• Demonstrated understanding of HR best business process practice with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) for C-Level through to SME specialists
• Proficient and experienced in the full life-cycle of Oracle implementations and support including a deep understanding of formal testing / ticket resolution to meet SLA’s.
• Confident with rich skills in OTBI, Fast Formula, VBCS and integrations and can configure the same
• Technical aptitude demonstrated by an ability to learn and communicate new concepts easily.
• Excellent requirement gathering skills and ability to translate these into functional specifications while leading and challenging customers to adopt vs adapt
• Flexibility and ability to collaborate and work as integral member of a high performing team across APAC.
