The work:
As a General Ledger Lead, you will lead the delivery of high-quality support services across Oracle Cloud General Ledger processes, ensuring operational stability, financial integrity, and continuous improvement. You will manage team performance, oversee incident and escalation handling, and collaborate with stakeholders to align service delivery with business expectations. In this role, you will help drive effective period close, reporting, controls compliance, and process optimization while mitigating risks and enhancing overall service quality.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Tampa or Dallas.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with leading support teams for Oracle Cloud General Ledger (GL) and related finance processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) 

Bonus Points if:

• EStrong understanding of record-to-report, including journal processing, chart of accounts, reconciliations, period close, allocations, and financial reporting
• Experience managing incidents, escalations, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to oversee GL configurations, controls, security, and compliance requirements
• Strong knowledge of integrations between General Ledger and subledgers such as AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
