- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to implement system updates.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion applications is preferred.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
