Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and
enhance complex software applications within Oracle Fusion Cloud for operations.
2. Collaborate with business
analysts, functional teams, and IT professionals to translate business
requirements into scalable technical solutions. Develop and optimize
integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Financials, HCM, SCM)
and healthcare systems such as Cerner.
3. Create and maintain
BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports, OTBI reports, and interactive
dashboards.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve
integration and customization issues in Oracle Fusion Middleware and OIC,
ensuring minimal disruption to services.
5. Write efficient SQL
queries and perform performance tuning for Oracle database operations.
6. Maintain comprehensive
technical documentation, ensuring healthcare data privacy and compliance
standards (e.g., HIPAA) are met.
7. Leverage SOAP and
REST APIs to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud with healthcare providers’ internal
and external systems.
8. Participate in testing
phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and supporting user
acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of hands-on
experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and
Oracle Fusion Applications.
2. Expertise in Oracle
technologies such as SOA, BPEL, WebLogic, and integration tools. Proficiency in
developing BIP reports, OTBI, ADF, and Java.
3. Strong understanding
of Oracle Financials, HCM, and SCM modules. Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle
Database.
4. Experience working
with APIs (SOAP and REST) for system integration, ideally within healthcare
applications.
5. Familiarity with healthcare
data management standards, security protocols (e.g., HIPAA), and governance
models in Oracle Fusion is a plus.
6. Excellent
problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to troubleshoot integration
issues in critical environments.
Oracle certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional
(OCP) in relevant technologies. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
(OCI).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS, PaaS, and other cloud
integration technologies.
Previous experience with hospital management systems,
including Cerner, is a plus.
