Job Overview: 

 

  • We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Integration Consultant to support the integration and data pipeline aspects of an FDI implementation for a client that has already deployed Oracle Cloud ERP.

  • This role will focus on ensuring seamless, accurate, and efficient data movement from Oracle Fusion ERP into FDI using standard, out-of-the-box integration capabilities, with no customizations or extensions.

  • The consultant will work under the direction of the FDI Functional Lead and in close coordination with the configuration team to ensure data readiness, integrity, and alignment with Oracle-delivered analytics content.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Data Integration ExecutionConfigure and manage FDI data pipelines connecting Oracle Fusion ERP to FDI.

  • Execute tasks related to:Data extraction, ingestion, and transformation (within OOTB framework)Initial data loads and incremental refresh setupsEnsure adherence to Oracle standard integration architecture and tooling.

  • Data Pipeline Monitoring & OptimizationMonitor scheduled data loads and refresh cycles.

  • Identify and resolve data load failures, performance issues, or delays.

  • Optimize data refresh timing and sequencing within standard capabilities.

  • Data Validation & ReconciliationPerform detailed data reconciliation between Oracle Fusion ERP and FDI.

  • Validate completeness, accuracy, and consistency of loaded data.

  • Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with functional and configuration teams.Environment Setup & ManagementSupport setup and configuration of:Data ingestion frameworksSource system connectivityEnvironment migrations (Dev/Test/Prod alignment)Assist in managing environment refreshes and synchronization activities.

  • Testing SupportDevelop and execute integration test scenarios.Support SIT and UAT cycles by:Validating end-to-end data flowsTroubleshooting integration-related defectsProviding timely issue resolutionIssue Management & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues related to:

  • Data extraction failures

  • Load errors

  • Data mismatches

  • Escalate complex issues with clear root cause analysis and recommendations.

 

Documentation:

 

  • Maintain detailed documentation of:

  • Data pipelines and configurations

  • Data validation procedures

  • Known issues and resolutions

  • Ensure all integration processes are clearly documented for support and sustainment.

 

Collaboration:

 

  • Work closely with:FDI Functional Lead (for requirements and prioritization)

  • Configuration Analysts (for alignment with dashboards and reporting)

  • Client IT teams (for access and connectivity)

  • Provide regular updates on integration status, risks, and issues.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  • 4–7 years of experience in data integration, ETL, or analytics platforms

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) OROracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) data integration components

 

Key Skills & Expertise:

 

  • Integration & Data Engineering

  • Strong understanding of:ETL/ELT concepts and data warehousing principles

  • Data pipeline orchestration and scheduling

  • Familiarity with:Oracle Fusion ERP data structures

  • Prebuilt FDI data models and ingestion flows

  • Tools & Technologies

  • Experience working with:Oracle-managed data pipelines (FDI/FAW)SQL for data validation and troubleshooting

  • Exposure to Oracle cloud data services (preferred but not required)

 

Execution Focus: 

 

  • Ability to execute within a strict OOTB / no customization framework

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Attention to detail in validating large data sets

  • Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills in a global delivery model

  • Ability to work independently while following defined direction

  • Proactive issue identification and resolution mindset

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

  • Experience supporting post-ERP analytics implementations

  • Familiarity with Oracle quarterly updates and their impact on data pipelines

  • Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks

  • Experience working in large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs
