We're looking for an experienced IT Oracle Financials Application Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials. Proven ability to support, configure, and optimize financial applications to meet business and compliance requirements. Acts as a key liaison between finance users and technical teams, ensuring system stability, accurate financial processing, and continuous improvement of Oracle Financial modules.
What you’ll do
- Provide functional support for Oracle Financial modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Financials solutions.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Investigate and resolve data issues, accounting discrepancies, and system errors.
- Coordinate with Oracle technical teams, DBAs, and developers for fixes, customizations, and integrations.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and apply patches or system updates as needed.
- Support audits by providing system evidence, reconciliations, and control documentation.
- Develop and maintain functional design documents, test scripts, and user guides.
- Conduct UAT, regression testing, and post-production validation.
- Train end users and provide ongoing application support.

- SLA & Accounting Derivations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with finance and IT stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
- Experience supporting Oracle Financials in enterprise environments
- Hands-on involvement in financial close, audits, or system implementations
