Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities
10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM solutions and enterprise application delivery
Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and Cost Management modules
Hands-on implementation experience in additional Oracle SCM modules such as Order Management, WMS, Manufacturing (MFG), and Supply Chain Planning (SCP) is highly preferred
Strong background in Oracle EBS SCM upgrade and transformation projects
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams across global delivery environments
Roles and Responsibilities:
Must have functional implementation experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
Must have 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle SCM modules including OTC, PTP, RTR, PTD, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, GOP, AR, AP, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Costing, or Configurator.
Prior experience with Oracle EBS upgrades is required.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments effectively.

Fit-gap analysis
As-is / To-be process design
Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions
Functional configuration
Testing
Client user training.
Strong oral and written communication skills including MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Relevant Certifications in SCM. Candidate must either have Oracle Procurement, Inventory, or Order Management Cloud certification or obtain within the first 90 days of Employment.
Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications.
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets customer objectives combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
