Job Summary
The Oracle Cloud OCI Developer is a key member of ZOLL Business Applications and Development team focus on Oracle Cloud integrations, extensions, and reports development; as well as provide Production support and enhancement to the existing Oracle 11i EBS systems. The Oracle Cloud OCI Developer will work closely with business users, fellow IT resources, consultants to deliver development deliverables. The Oracle Cloud OCI Developer will have comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud SAAS related tables, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and VBCS. This is a hands-on role for a global Oracle Cloud Implementation and existing Oracle 11i Production support.
Essential Functions
Working closely with Oracle Supply Chain Manager, Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and business users to develop Oracle Cloud Integrations, Extensions, and Reports that meet business requirements.
Prepare technical design based on business requirement and functional design.
Develop WRICE components using OIC, VBCS, REST API, EDI, JSON, and other related tools in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay functional areas.
Prepare test scripts and perform unit test, and Integration Test.
Participate in all phases of Oracle Cloud implementations.
Provide production enhancement using Oracle EBS development tools, such as SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Workflow Builder, etc..
Provide daily support for Oracle production issues.
Provide expertise for IT projects and Oracle implementation support across ZOLL JPAC Sites.
Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Order management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Purchasing, Receiving, and Finance business users for various related tools and integrations.
Re-engineer existing business system processes to leverage the capabilities of the both the Oracle Cloud SAAS and PAAS applications.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or a related field required
1-3 years Implementation experience in Oracle Cloud SAAS Supply Chain Management required
7-9 years Solid tech-functional experience in Oracle E-Business R12/11i implementation focusing on Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory modules required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experienced with B2B, B2C Commerce, and EDI Oracle Integrations.
Proven abilities in translating business needs into system solutions.
Excellent technical knowledge of Oracle Order management, Pricing, Quoting, and Shipping modules.
Extensive experience with global cross-functional teams in at least 3 full life-cycle Oracle
Cloud SAAS, R12/11i implementations.
Strong knowledge and experience in the transactions like: 810, 850, 855, 856, 940, 945, 943, 944, etc.
Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud development using ICS, VBCS, FBDL, or BI Analytics reports
In-depth knowledge of Oracle API’s as well as OIC, REST/SOAP web services.
Experience in Design and Development of Workflows and AME
Extensive knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, OAF skills including performance tuning
Experience with Oracle XML Reports
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Analytics.
Familiar with Agile methodology, ITIL framework, and SDLC process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective team player.
Fluent in English and another Asian Language (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.)
