ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF) Project Manager to help coordinate the implementation of our new ERP system. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the OCF implementation project, ensuring its successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints. Please note this is a temporary position (6–10 months) with the option to extend based on business needs. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on profile.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Understand and excell (after training) actual ERP day-to-day functions (you will have to perform all actual functionalities of AP, AR, GL, Fix assets, Leases)
- Compare actual ERP with new OCF ERP and find out possible issues.
- Support maintenance of the project plan for the OCF implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout different phases of the project
- Help identify potential risks or issues and escalate as needed
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
- Provide support with system configuration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
- Prepare and share regular project updates with senior team members
- Assist with the controls and evidences for Internal audits.
- Support the transition from implementation to ongoing support and maintenance

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on approach
REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial and cost accounting
- Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis tools
- Available to work flexible hours (Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 7:00pm / Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm)
- Spanish bilingual and excellent command on English (Level Advanced - C1) is a must
- Proven track record of successful large-scale ERP implementations is a plus
