Job Description
Oracle Cloud Order to Cash Process Expertise
Order Management (OM)
- Configure and optimize order capture and fulfillment processes
- Implement and manage pricing and promotion strategies
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Set up and maintain customer accounts and billing information
- Process invoices, payments, and manage credit memos
Advanced Collections
- Develop and implement collection strategies
- Monitor and report on collection performance metrics
Pricing and Customer Management
- Design and implement pricing models and discount structures
- Manage customer data and relationships within the system
Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion Applications)
- Perform hands-on configuration and setups for Order to Cash modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to O2C processes
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems
- Develop and maintain basic REST/SOAP integrations
OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Create and customize reports for Order to Cash analytics
- Train end-users on OTBI report creation and usage
BI Publisher
- Design and develop custom reports and documents for O2C processes
- Ensure compliance with corporate branding and formatting standards
Data Migration Tools
- Plan and execute data migration strategies for O2C implementations
- Validate and reconcile migrated data for accuracy and completeness
Process Improvement and Documentation
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within the O2C cycle
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for O2C processes and configurations
Training and Support
Certifications & Preferred Skills
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Cloud ERP O2C modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of O2C processes
Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials or SCM (with O2C focus)
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP - Order-to-Cash
