Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions
Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle ARCS solutions
Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching
Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure
Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle ARCS
Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure
Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)
Good understanding of Integration, and reconciliation process
Skills Required
- Functional knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle ARCS
- Experience with reconciliation compliance and transaction matching
- Understanding of integrations and reconciliation processes
- Ability to gather requirements and design, develop, and deliver solutions
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
