As an Oracle Alliance Driver, Senior Director, you will lead strategic initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on collaboration to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. You will be instrumental in establishing partnerships with companies to better serve our clients' needs, building relationships that complement PwC's strategy through execution capabilities that allow us to deliver multi-competency programs and solve critical business issues.
As a Director, you will translate vision into actionable strategies, setting the tone and inspiring others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring future leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction and leveraging our collective strength across the PwC Network.
In this role, you will develop and execute business plans, focus on market penetration and revenue growth, and identify opportunities for solution development and industry alignment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify synergies between technology and the firm, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration
- Leading the development of multi-competency programs to address critical business issues for clients
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities and engage clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with industry needs and enhance market penetration
- Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures that promote innovation
- Balancing long-term and short-term strategic planning to achieve organizational targets
- Promoting technological advances to create an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Adhering to professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Partner & Alliances Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
