We are hiring a Data Analyst that will be responsible to take requirements for productized analytics solutions and develop the metrics data layer and final customer visualization. In this role you will be responsible to deliver analytics solutions through a process that includes:

• Ingesting UX/VX designs and collaborating with the designers and product owners to convert those to the final solution

• Developing the metrics semantic layer and collaborating with Data Architects to deliver it within a unified data framework

• Developing the metrics visualization in line with the UX/VX design, and applying visual styling that results in a professional grade productized analytics solution

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely UX/VX resources to convert UX designs into analytics that deliver an excellent customer experience

• Collaborate closely with product managers to clearly define iterative development phases of analytics solutions

• Develop the reporting semantic layer that supplies data to analytics, collaborating closely with Data Architects on the design

• Develop the analytic visualization component, ensuring the metric output meets the business intent, and is usable by the customer

• Apply visual styling that results in a visually appealing and professional grade dashboard product

Skills/Abilities

• Strong expertise in converting technical requirements into analytics solutions

• Strong expertise in analytics platforms; specifically PowerBI, DAX, and PowerQuery.

• Strong expertise on RDBMS fundamentals and SQL

• Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries

• Working experience in Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Warehouse

• Working experience in PostgreSQL , Azure PostgreSQL preferred

• Working expertise in Databricks or equivalent Data Lakehouse platforms

• Working experience of Azure native tool like Azure Data factory or equivalent

• Experience of working in Azure Analysis Services and PowerBI as a reporting tool, including gateways

• Good communication skills for working with a global team

• Highly motivated, self-directed, tenacious in his/her approach, and approaches business in an energetic way

• Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated experience in the SAFe Agile Framework

• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 Years of experience is required

• A minimum of 7 years experience working on analytics, BI, or data insights platform

• A minimum of 5 years experience working with data warehousese and / or data transformation, preparing data for analytics

• A minimum of 5 years experience in working within blended on-shore/off-shore teams
