Role: Senior Developer
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Optimizely Developer who can independently own solution design and end-to-end development of modern digital experience platforms using Optimizely SaaS/PaaS and Next.js/React.
Key Responsibilities
Independently design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions on Optimizely SaaS CMS and PaaS CMS.
Own technical design, component architecture, development, and integration with enterprise systems.
Develop modern, responsive, and performant applications using Next.js and React.
Design and integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and headless CMS capabilities.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Technical Skills
P1 – Must Have (Critical)
Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (SaaS/PaaS), including solution design, content modeling, and implementation.
Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and headless architecture.
Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and own development deliverables.
P2 – Good to Have
Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
Working knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
P3 – Additional Advantage

- Minimum 6 years of experience with CMS solutions
- At least 4–5 years of hands-on Optimizely experience
- Experience designing and implementing headless CMS solutions

- Strong command of .NET Core, C#, MVC, REST APIs, and Optimizely Framework APIs
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including Azure or AWS
- Working knowledge of CI/CD practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Optimizely CMS Developer Certification
- Experience with Optimizely SaaS CMS, Commerce, or Content Recommendations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience integrating CRM, DAM, PIM, and analytics platforms
