Minimum 5 years of experience in optical networking engineering, with a proven track record in testing and validation of optical networking solutions.
- Hands-on experience with optical network equipment, such as transceivers, amplifiers, and optical add/drop multiplexers (OADMs).
- Proficiency in optical network design, planning, and optimization, considering factors like capacity, reach, and network topology.
