We are seeking a Middle Office Manager to play a key role in managing and supervising operational processes related to Global Markets and Investment Banking. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, process integrity, and the proper execution of trades, acting as the primary liaison among the Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other internal and external partners. The position requires solid knowledge of financial products, particularly derivatives, foreign exchange (FX), and fixed income, as well as strong coordination, stakeholder management, and operational improvement capabilities. Key Responsibilities:• Manage the collateral management process for derivative transactions, ensuring appropriate control over collateral, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.• Coordinate the onboarding processes for local brokers, including document validation, operational workflows, and coordination with support areas.• Manage brokerage agreements for local transactions with brokerage firms, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements.• Oversee the booking and control process for Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs) and swaps. • Ensure the availability and maintenance of client data for active FX and derivatives contracts, including the monitoring and control of operating limits.• Coordinate the validation, correction, and other operational aspects of the trading desk system. • Ensure the accurate trade capture, adjustment, and validation of transactions recorded in the trading desk system.• Oversee pre-matching and trade validation activities with counterparties and internal departments.• Lead the operational implementation of new products, markets, and business flows in close collaboration with the commercial, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams.• Serve as the primary liaison between Global Markets, Investment Banking & Financing, and the Back Office to ensure accurate settlement and trade execution.• Identify, propose, and implement process, control, and automation improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk.• Prepare and monitor operational KPIs, management controls, and executive reports.• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and market best practices.

Technical Knowledge:• Solid experience in Back Office or Middle Office roles, operations, and global markets products within investment banks or financial institutions.• Strong knowledge of FX, fixed income, over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives, structured products, and other capital markets instruments.• Hands-on experience with collateral management processes.• In-depth understanding of operational workflows between the Front, Middle, and Back Office.• Experience with trade management and treasury systems.• Knowledge of counterparty onboarding, legal documentation, and regulatory processes.• Advanced Excel skills.• Advanced English.• Spanish is a plus / desirable.
