We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence (OpEx) Leader to help accelerate the performance, digital transformation, and long-term competitiveness of our Luxembourg Site, supporting world-class businesses including Tyvek®, Typar®, Power & Utilities, and Shared Services.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you will partner with site leaders, engineers, operators, and functional teams to turn strategy into execution, build continuous improvement capability, and deliver measurable business results. You will champion the DuPont Business System, coach teams in structured problem solving, and drive a culture where performance is transparent, problems are solved at the source, and improvement is part of everyday work.

What You'll Do
Lead the Operational Excellence Journey
Drive the deployment and sustainability of DuPont’s OpEx Management System across the Luxembourg Site.
Coach leaders and teams on Daily Visual Management, Operating Reviews, tiered accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement best practices.
Establish meaningful SQDIP performance metrics that enable teams to identify gaps quickly and focus on what matters most.
Shape and manage the site’s OpEx roadmap, ensuring improvement efforts are aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.
Develop OpEx capabilities through coaching, mentoring, practical training, and hands-on leadership.
Champion Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
Lead structured problem-solving initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, A3 Thinking, PDCA, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, and root-cause methodologies.
Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops that deliver sustainable operational results.
Help drive key site priorities, including productivity, reliability, manufacturing efficiency, quality performance, waste reduction, yield improvement, and cost competitiveness.
Coach teams to solve problems at the process level and create lasting solutions, not temporary fixes.
Accelerate Digital Transformation
Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, and functional teams to implement digital solutions that simplify work, improve decision-making, and enhance operational visibility.
Support the adoption of technologies and systems including Power BI, PowerApps, SAP, IP21, digital dashboards, and automation tools.
Ensure digital capabilities become an integral part of daily management and business performance reviews.
Deliver Measurable Business Results
Provide governance and oversight for the site's continuous improvement portfolio.
Track project execution, financial benefits, risk management, and value realization.
Drive improvements that positively impact safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, cost efficiency, energy usage, compliance, and overall site competitiveness.
Establish robust sustainment mechanisms that ensure improvements continue long after implementation.
Foster Innovation & Collaboration
Promote innovative thinking, automation, AI-enabled problem solving, and modern manufacturing practices.
Connect Luxembourg teams with global DuPont networks, communities of practice, and best-in-class operational excellence resources.

What You'll Bring
Education & Technical Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Fluency in English and German.
Strong understanding of operational performance management and continuous improvement systems.
Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, A3 Problem Solving, Kaizen, Visual Management, and process optimization methodologies.
Proficiency with digital and analytics tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, SAP, Excel, SharePoint, and manufacturing data systems.
Knowledge of manufacturing operations, maintenance, automation, utilities, industrial data systems, or PLC environments is an advantage.
Experience
Experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, maintenance, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement environments.
Demonstrated success leading improvement initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and sustainment.
Experience working within complex manufacturing organizations with cross-functional stakeholders is highly valued.
