Process Technician

In this role, the candidate will cover the following responsibilities:

• Install, buy-off equipment, tester, software.
• Frequently troubleshoots daily issues.
• Work on engineering experiment
• Work on new product
• Continuous improvement
• Create documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for testing, implementations, and hardware parts ordering.

Requirements

• Vocation degree or higher in engineering, or appropriate sciences.
• >3 years of experience with product engineering field in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment, preferably in transceiver product.
• Knowledge with die bond, wire bond, laser alignment machine is preferred.
• Creative thinker, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Willing to travel overseas.
