POSITION SUMMARY:

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบการผลิตภายใต้การบังคับบัญชาของหัวหน้ากลุ่มงาน ผลิต หรือสูงกว่า

Responsible for routine production work under the supervision of Group Lead or superior.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. ประสานงานกับหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานผลิต หรือ สูงกว่าในเรื่อง ของแผนผลิต ประจำวัน เพื่อให้งานประสบผลสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้

(Discuss with the group leader or superior the daily plan and achieve the set schedules.)

1. แจ้งหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานผลิต หรือสูงกว่า ทันที ที่เกิดเหตุการณ์ที่อาจจะก่อให้เกิดปัญหา กับเครื่องจักร ที่ใช้ในการผลิต แล้วส่งผลให้เกิดการเสียเวลา หรือปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ

(Immediately inform the group leader or superior of any incident which may occur

       In process machinery that creates timing or quality problem.)

1. แจ้งหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานผลิตให้ทราบ ถึงรายละเอียดในการปฏิบัติงานทั้งหมด ที่สามารถใช้ในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต

(Inform the group leader or superior on all practical details which can be used to improve production efficiency.)

1. ตรวจสอบว่าวัตถุดิบทั้งหมด ที่ใช้ในการผลิตได้รับการอนุมัติให้ใช้แล้ว

(Check that all raw materials for processing are approved for use.)

1. ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการผลิตทุกขั้นตอน นอกจากนั้นต้องได้รับการยินยอมจากหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานผลิต

(All specified production procedures are to be followed, any alternative method should be approved by the production foreman.)

1. อุปกรณ์การผลิตทั้งหมดควรมีการตรวจสอบเป็นระยะตามกำหนดเวลา

(All production equipment should be checked periodically according to operating 

       Schedule.)

1. แจ้งหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานผลิต หรือ สูงกว่า ถึงปัญหา ที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นกับเครื่องจักที่ใช้ในการผลิต 

(Inform the group leader or superior of any problem which may occur with production equipment)

8.  อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิตและการปฏิบัติ จะต้องรักษาความสะอาด และจัดเก็บให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย 

(All equipment are to be kept clean and tidy.)  

9. ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติสวมใส่ และปฏิบัติตามกฎความปลอดภัยตลอดเวลา

(Ensure that all safety rules are complied with and that the correct clothing      equipment is worn at all times.)

10. ดำเนินงานทั้งหมดที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานผลิต หรือจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

(Carry out all tasks as assigned by group leader or superior.)

11. ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่า มีการปฏิบัติตามระบบ ISO 9001, ISO 14001 และ OHSA 18001

(Action follow as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company.)
