Allgemeine Aufgabenstellung:

In unserem DuPont Werk in Neu-Isenburg bieten wir ab dem 15.10.2025 eine Herausforderung für jemanden mit einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung und der Bereitschaft zur vollkontinuierlichen Schichtarbeit. Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Industrie mit der Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen sowie die Motivation, für ein internationales Unternehmen zu arbeiten, passen optimal zu uns und dieser Rolle. Sie bewähren sich zunächst in der Rolle des Operators im Verpackungsbereich und lernen so die Anlage kennen. Interesse zur Weiterentwicklung im Ansatzbereich, im Prüfraum oder an der Leitwarte wird gerne gesehen. Die Position ist unbefristet und Vollzeit in Schichten. Die Arbeit wird tariflich (Chemie) vergütet.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

• Lückenlose visuelle Kontrolle der Produkte (Flexo-Druckplatten)
• Aussortieren fehlerhafter Produkte
• Verpacken, Etikettieren, Stapeln und Verladen der Fertigprodukte
• Bedienen und Bestücken einer automatisierten Verpackungslinie
• Durchführen von Reinigungsarbeiten, regelmäßige Funktionskontrollen auch nach Stillständen
• Bei Bedarf Ausführung von Hilfshandwerksarbeiten sowie weiteren Arbeiten nach Vorgabe

Weitere Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten (abhängig von persönlicher Eignung und betrieblichem Bedarf):

• Füllen von Vorratsbehältern, Herstellen von Vorproduktansätzen
• Annahme von Rohmaterialien und Vereinnahmung in SAP
• Mitarbeit im Prüfraum, Durchführung von Messungen zur Qualitätskontrolle und Produktfreigabe
• Unterstützung bei der Steuerung der Produktionsanlage

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

• Eine zweijährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. zum/zur Chemiebetriebswerker/in, Mechantroniker, Metallfacharbeiter oder Vergleichbares) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in vollkontinuierlicher Wechselschicht (4-Schicht) 
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von und hohe Disziplin für Arbeitssicherheit
• Eigeninitiative, vorausschauendes Handeln und Bereitschaft zur Kooperation mit Kollegen

Von Vorteil sind:

• Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen sowie handwerkliches Geschick
• Gute anwendungsbezogene EDV-Kenntnisse
• Zusätzliche Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten zur Sicherstellung qualitativ einwandfreier Produkte
