ADI Wilmington MEMS & Specialty Products manufacturing operation is on a lean journey; implementing product teams, visual factory, and lean systems to meet growing customer demand.  The Wafer Fab Operator will be a key team member in contributing to meet aggressive employee training, process improvement and productivity goals.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $28 to $39.

• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
