Workplace Management Senior Specialist at Checkout.com:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior Specialist of Workplace Management to lead our office functions across the Americas region. Based out of New York you will be responsible for all office related matters in this location, whilst also leading a team member in San Francisco.
About the team:

The People Experience team is a key pillar of our People department – our mission is to enable our people by creating a seamless and connected experience inside and outside the workplace.
What You will be doing:
- Being the first point of contact for all Workplace management matters
- Workplace operations reporting to key partners on critical metrics across the region
- Managing office supplies and budget, including vendors, catering, and all other operational workplace tasks
- Leading office churns and relocation projects
- Conducting maintenance audits and organizing repairs
- Administering office access passes and maintaining accuracy within our security database
- Leading the first aid team, fire warden team and associated supplies
- Assisting the central Workplace team with ad-hoc projects
- Ensuring health, safety and security compliance across region
- Coordinating office activities, events and providing a first class visitor experience
- Administering service desk, ensuring SLAs are met
About You:
- Proven experience in running building operations in a high paced environment
- Good understanding of building compliance and relevant legislation
- Solid understanding of HVAC and M&E systems
- First Aid and Fire Warden certification preferable
- Highly organized with a key attention to detail
- Proactive and solutions focused, calm under pressure
- Proactive, used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Superb communication skills, ability to interact at all levels within the organization
