Work you'll do

  • Provide support to federal clients in the areas of data analytics, business process improvements, executive level recommendations, strategic sourcing, and workforce re-design efforts.
  • Assist in the development of deliverables such as executive briefings to client Executive Management and other government agencies, organization of business processes etc.
  • Handle communication, and be responsible for calendar and meeting management
  • Responsible for project management of specific deliverables required by the client, including document updates and reporting tools.
  • May assist with planning a section retreat, hosting meetings etc.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of professional experience
  • Active DOD Top Secret Security clearance required
  • Experience with calendar management, setting up meetings and general front office functions
  • Proven attention to detail and instruction
  • Customer service experience in responding to inquiries from stakeholders at varying levels
  • Microsoft suite knowledge and aptitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with organization structure/design and program management skills
  • SharePoint experience highly desired
  • Experience in the financial sector
