Description & Responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to facilitate client relationships with our technology teams and products as well as our operations team. This position will help us to accomplish the following objectives:

  • Attend client meetings on behalf of RezDesk and Operational Leadership
  • Research and support technology objectives
  • Promote technology solutions when appropriate
  • Provide routine updates on open technology items
  • Increase profitability of ADTRAV accounts through additional products and services
  • Schedule routine meetings with GAM and Ops Manager over accounts
  • Review client cautions, technology bugs, program changes
  • Endorse Operation manager role and responsibilities to build high performing teams
  • Anchor GAM/client relations with a dedicated focus on contract performance and reporting


Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • Rich understanding of ADTRAV technology
  • Attend and lead all client meetings related to technology
  • Regulate communications on projects between client and internal resources
  • Facilitate all ticket creation and conversations with client and internal resources
  • Manage Jira ticket workflows to ensure tickets are actioned according to SLAs
  • Participate in Implementation meetings for assigned accounts
  • Understand and communicate best practice of ADTRAV products and OBT systems
  • Calibrate and address areas of opportunity (proactive verses reactive)
  • Create JIRA tickets for internal stakeholders (Operations and Technology)


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Technology background and industry experience required
  • Operational experience (Multi-GDS preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills / Public Speaking
  • Intermediate - Advanced writing skills
  • Leadership experience - added bonus
  • Passion to create change
  • A degree in business or related field is preferred
