Sr Manager, L&D – Digital

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be responsible for creating a learning and development strategy that drives the strategic goals for several business areas, with a strong Digital Transformation mindset. The day-to-day tasks can broadly be organized into three distinct areas:
- Defining and activating the learning strategy for the newly created Digital group comprised of data scientists, data engineers, full stack developers and others
- Ensuring adoption of products built by the Digital Team across the enterprise
- Upskilling Kraft Heinz in topics related to digital transformation including Agile and Design Thinking
The role will have the opportunity to build the right team structure to achieve our ambition. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has a passion for training initiatives, proactively looks for ways to improve and solve problems, thrives in a fast-paced growing environment and has deep functional training expertise. You will:
- Create a learning strategy that upskills the Kraft Heinz on several Digital related topics
- Establish an internal and external certification and learning plan that embeds digital capabilities across DR and the broader Kraft Heinz.
- Operate within agile teams and scrum structure to create learning that drives adoption of digital products across the business units.
- Work with the US L&D team to design and develop learning paths to support career development.
- Create and execute evaluation strategies that show behavior and/or employee sentiment lifts.
- Communicate and promote digital skills learning and certifications across KHC.
- Build and communicate a learning plan that promotes a continuous learning mindset and learning community.
- Define and manage budget. Work with vendors to buy, build, and/or redesign solutions as needed.
- Partner with the L&D community to develop DR leaders and implement KHC learning programs.
- Work with the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and team on operational aspects of the learning portfolio including vendor sourcing, budgets, project management, communication, branding and marketing.
- Develop deep relationships within the business, across talent and within the global L&D functions to ensure we are designing, developing and delivering the right solutions at the right time.
WHO YOU ARE?
- Bachelor's degree, preferable master’s degree in training and development, human resources development, education, industrial/organizational psychology or related field.
- 10 years of learning and development or human capital consulting experience.
- 3 years of people management experience.
- Experience creating learning curriculum for technology talent and on tech topics.
- Experience working with / in Agile teams; Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
- Experience with large scale change and transformation initiatives
- Can tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; convey clear and easily actionable recommendations.
- Contemporary adult learning expertise including instructional design, microlearning, LMS, MOOCs, classroom (physical/virtual) training, digital learning and technology.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends in a simple and compelling way.
- Relationship oriented, consensus builder, consulting-mindset, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with senior leaders a plus.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
