SharePoint Administrator (Mid-Level)
Description
SAIC is seeking a Mid-Level SharePoint Administrator to support a large federal government agency. Employee will perform on-site, at a secure government location Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional offhour, weekend and holiday support may be required during scheduled and un-scheduled events.
This role is temporarily remote due to Covid-19 but could return to the office full time at the request of the customer. Training will be conducted both on and offsite.
Description of Duties:
- Design, develop, build, and deploy complex business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Create, test, implement and maintain custom workflows using Microsoft's Power Platform/Power Automate
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with SharePoint
- Understand stakeholder requirements and communicate possibilities, and timelines
- Ensure products are available to the desired audience with appropriate links and security.
- Develop, assess, and communicate site usage and security policies and procedures
- Design layout, graphics, color schemes, and infrastructure to maintain a cohesive experience based on the organization's communications strategies and goals (branding)
- Research and evaluate new related technologies
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to review requirements and provide status reports on pending deliverables - Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and work client tickets as needed
Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills, & Attributes
- Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; may accept additional experience in lieu of degree.
- SharePoint 365 UI design and development experience
- SharePoint administrator and site collection duties (permissions, page design/implementation, site traffic and analytics, Microsoft Apps access to SharePoint)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (incl. JQuery) proficiency and understanding of the SharePoint object model and SharePoint REST API
- Power Automate flow design and development experience including, but not limited to, Power Automate Approvals, Power Forms development, HTML e-mail design and development
- SharePoint Designer workflow experience, knowledge of InfoPath and SharePoint Master page design/development
- Section 508 implementation and best practices
- General web design best practices
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deliverables
Required Clearance
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Must have at least an Interim Secret clearance granted to start work.
