Qualifications

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative
  • High degree of resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must have experience monitoring and managing tickets in ServiceNow que, prioritizing work based on time-sensitivity of requests
  • Must have Experience with VMware Admin responsibilities include installing, configuring, securing, remote managing, and monitoring VMware ESXi clusters in multiple VA data centers
  • Must have Experience Administers, monitors, deploys, and configures VM guests utilizing vCenter and vROP/vRA.
  • Document and complete all changes in accordance with VA Change Management policies and procedures
  • Experience in root cause analysis of major incidents. Customer service mindset, time management, project management, problem-solving, and team collaboration

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific /technical discipline and 5+ years' work experience
  • Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (13 years total)

Clearance:

  • MODERATE: Tier 2S (Standard MBI)

Location:

  • Philadelphia, PA
  • Tuesday - Saturday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST Time)



Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot issues with customers to determine root
  • Modify existing SQL queries to return specific data or make appropriate changes dependent on the customer's issue
  • Monitor and respond to email communications from customer
  • Monitor and work tickets from a ServiceNow que, prioritizing work based on time-sensitivity of requests
  • VMware Admin responsibilities include installing, configuring, securing, remote managing, and monitoring VMware ESXi clusters in multiple VA data centers
  • Administers, monitors, deploys, and configures VM guests utilizing vCenter and vROP/vRA
  • Document and complete all changes in accordance with VA Change Management policies and procedures
  • Regularly reviews and update documentation on processes. Participate in root cause analysis of major incidents
  • Customer service mindset, time management, project management, problem-solving, and team collaboration
