Job Description

The Senior Manager, Technology for Supply Chain & Procurement systems is accountable for partnering with IT organization to drive the world-class solutions leveraging Oracle ERP, SAP, and bolt-on tools. This role, though highly technical, is within the business organization. The leader in this role has the opportunity to develop and execute on the vision of end-to-end digitization of Supply Chain and Procurement processes. That provides huge opportunities to constantly analyze the end-to-end architecture of the processes, systems and create a solutioning roadmap to drive the supply chain digital strategy. No leader stands alone, and this role also involves close collaboration with the business operations leaders and peers to deliver on breakthrough ideas across the organization.

Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations

  • Partner with the Supply Chain and Procurement business operation leaders to determine opportunities where system and tools solutions can drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and customer value.

  • Develop a solutioning center of excellence for Supply Chain and Procurement that brings passion and excellence to our work product.

  • Participate in the full software development life cycle, from design, development, system testing, user acceptance testing, to documentation, change management, training, delivery and on-going maintenance.

  • Execute on the strategic roadmaps that are aligned to the Organization’s revenue, cost, cash, and customer goals. 

  • Drive the Supply Chain digitization initiatives with the IT partners to ensure the delivery of world-class solutions for the business processes needed in the end-to-end Supply Chain and procurement functions.

  • Gather requirements, translate functional requirements into recommended solutions that conforms to the enterprise system architecture.

  • Participate in the full software development life cycle, from design, development, system testing, user acceptance testing, to documentation, change management, training, delivery, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Create change management and user training material.

  • Evaluate and make decisions on software systems and tools.

  • Retain, attract, coach, and guide the technical team members.

  • Drive initiatives to bring emerging technologies to solve business problems.

  • Life-time student, constantly learning about emerging technologies to bring innovative thinking into what we do and how we do it.

  • Manage a project portfolio. 

  • Foster the Agile DevOps culture to improve customer satisfaction through rapid, continuous delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant Business, Technology, or Engineering specialty.

  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience including development, coding & configuration, and understanding of ERP modules.

  • Strong team leader and who is comfortable working with executives and stakeholders of all levels

  • Business-minded, keeping a “business first” approach to everything we do

  • Experience managing large programs and budgets.

  • Experience managing and building empowered, high-functioning teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly breakdown and translate the technical into executive-worthy communication

  • Ability to create a culture of innovation, speed, and agility and bring breakthrough ideas to our business partners.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant in a Technology, or Engineering specialty.

  • 10 years IT experience

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position. 

Vaccine Requirement
