Description:This position is for an application configuration and integration specialist working for Lockheed Martin (LM) Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) supporting the SOF-GLSS program.

Candidate should have a subject matter expert understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, and/or Microsoft Teams messaging systems, along with a strong understanding of Windows Server administration to include vulnerability mitigation and STIG compliance. Prior experience integrating exchange solutions with other enterprise applications such as SharePoint is strongly preferred. Typical job functions include the ability to define, deploy, evaluate and support common business and IT processes. Understanding and familiarity with military, aerospace or defense systems processes.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where quick ramp-up and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities is expected.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Skype, or Teams administration including system maintenance, patching and ensuring system availability
- Strong understanding of DoD business functions and guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs while complying with RMF, SOX and CAMP+ regulations
- Work well with other members of the team to create a secure, consistent, and reliable application environment
- Work location is access-restricted and continued eligibility for this position requires candidate to maintain, at a minimum, a Secret security clearance.
- Continued eligibility also requires compliance with DoD 8570.01-m certification requirements, such as Security+.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with file-transfer applications, file-gateway administration, and configuration expertise.
- Experience configuring and managing Exchange in a high-availability and failover configuration
- Security+, or other recognized DoDI 8570.01 certification
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to independently identify and troubleshoot issues with minimal direction from leadership
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
