Infosys is seeking Principal Consultant with Oracle HCM cloud Implementation experience i. In this role as a Principal Consultant, you will , you will be responsible for partnering with various Common Services Team, HR IT, Global Information Security, etc., HR business team, HR Systems Vendors for the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation integrations delivery, including any other HR Systems Implementation and Support. You will be involved in the high level as well as detailed solution design lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty, validating requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Relevant Information Technology experience Experience on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in-house applications
• Experience with client facing discussions- Fit Gap, Solutioning, Design, Milestone Testing, Cutover, Conversions

• Candidate can be located anywhere in the U.SThis position will require travel and attendance on client location for key milestones.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Managed all facets of large-scale HR IT projects and met deliverables
• Proven adherence of software lifecycle methodologies
• Strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to coach, lead and convince
• Proven success managing technical delivery of solutions in agile and waterfall-oriented teams
• Significant stakeholder engagement including leadership role in management meetings in prior engagements
• Drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines including consistent report mechanisms
• Adhere and drive compliance of delivery standards
• Oracle HCM Cloud Functional knowledge will be an advantage
• Required to have at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM or similar Cloud products
• Experience working with global users and teams

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
