About the Team
Integrated Client Experience team supports various FIS Capital Market software solutions hosted in the FIS cloud datacenters.
Some of the products supported are -
InvestOne
InvestOne solution provides investment accounting and reporting system and offers a scalable, robust and extensible portfolio accounting capability, helping improve operational efficiency, enable global expansion and access multiple views of account structures in real time. Banks, fund administrators, institutional asset managers and large industrial providers around the world rely on InvestOne to control and monitor their portfolios. With a web-based front-end, InvestOne maintains a broad range of account types, from pension funds, institutional portfolios and endowments to hedge funds and mutual funds. By leveraging business process management (BPM) and web technologies, you can gain greater insight into your holdings, enhance operational efficiencies and increase productivity.
Control Center
This solution converts complex work processes into manageable electronic checklists and easy-to-read dashboards, giving you a centralized view of your fund accounting and investor accounting activities. With greater control over your processes, you can shift your focus to more urgent tasks, increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
What you will be doing

  • Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
  • Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
  • Troubleshoots problems in the software applications and recommends corrective action.
  • Documents customer information and recurring issues to support product quality programs and product development.
  • Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
  • Coordinate with Technical and product teams to solve the issues and document enhancements and maintenance for future releases.


What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Ability to effectively learn technical products, services and solutions and readily apply new knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be very organized and follow-up on issue through resolution


Added bonus if you have

  • Prior Fund Accounting or accounting experiences
  • Basic understanding of software technologies
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
