- You are driven to help all our functions get the best from our current and future systems and build and communicate the framework and rules of engagement that will allow us to get and keep control of the information shared across the business, in an increasingly distributed environment. You roll up your sleeves and “do,” you empower groups that don’t report directly to you to take action.
- You consult widely, influence at every level, and work optimally as a member of our geographically diverse team. You’re connected with the outside world, making time to learn from other Information Management professionals and bringing that insight in-house for the team’s benefit.
Your Next Challenge:

Given the variety of key and influential partners this person will need to engage (and challenge if needed) members of the organization at all levels and functions, the successful candidate will also need to have a convincing level of gravitas and authority.

- Work across functions and levels to establish and maintain organizational policies & expectations for information management.
- Define the process for content creators to administer and maintain the integrity of the platform.
- Own all ongoing management and information hygiene, holding functions’ content creators accountable for playing their part.
- Deliver “launch” training for content creators to ensure expectations are clearly understood from the beginning.
- Build and leverage reporting business-wide to ensure that creators are delivering on their content management commitments and to inform the organization about progress versus goals.
- Identify training needs where relevant; for existing and new hires to ensure new content created and old, already existing content is handled consistently.
- Ensure documentation is maintained for how to access and use our prescribed tools.
- Work with relevant functions such as HR, Tech, Corporate Communications and GLT to ensure alignment with training & change management needs.
- Depending on timing of hiring, you may partner with key internal partners to conduct “bake off” of Intranet vendors and tools providers, develop and execute change management plan to senior leadership and employees.
