An Insider's view of Babylon

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Babylon's work-life balance is pretty solid for the tech space. There’s still a startup vibe with fast company growth and fast-paced development, so there are sometimes late nights or long weeks, but extra effort doesn’t go unacknowledged. We’re encouraged to take time to recharge and have a new “unlimited” vacation policy to support that.

Global Operations Analytics Lead - Patient Ops Analytics

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

The great thing about Babylon is that collaborating with other teams is a big piece of what we do. We've been doing this lately by thinking through how we onboard new hires & set them up for success! It's important to get inputs from all areas of the business to determine how we can cultivate an inviting environment while sustaining new processes.

TaNeisha

Global Head of Early Careers and DEI

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

I have a "Better Together" philosophy; we regularly bring together multiple teams to engage in open dialogue. Whether you're new to Babylon or an experienced manager, we welcome all ideas. Creativity comes when teammates feel they can speak up, bring new perspectives to solve problems and express themselves in a trusted team space.
