Orders Team Trainer
The Cisco Meraki team is made up of the best and brightest. We see someone who enjoys working with sharp individuals in a fast-paced, rapidly growing work environment. Our Operations team handles the processing and delivery of Meraki products to customers around the world. As the lead Orders team trainer, you will be responsible for ramping up all new hires for the orders team and getting them familiar with the processes and policies, as well as training current team members on any new processes or changes to current processes.
Responsibilities:
- Educating incoming hires on Meraki, the Fulfillment Operations team and our role in the company’s success
- Provide in depth training to all order administrators on all types of order processing (legacy, GPL, bill only, LATAM, APJ, EMEA, promo)
- Collaborate with the orders team supervisors/manager to maintain and update the order entry manuals. Provide suggestions on how to streamline inefficient processes.
- Interface with other departments to provide background information to the orders team on how our processes affect other teams
- Provide back up support to the orders team, during high volume times
Requirements:
Work and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required. No exceptions.
- 1+ years experience, minimum, as an Order Administrator or Returns Specialist.
- Proven excellence in their current role, ability to take on extra responsibilities while still maintaining a high level of quality with their work
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Clear understanding of how orders are received, validated, processed and shipped
- Outstanding communication skills – should be able to describe complex processes with ease
- Able to work with and train people with varied personalities and skill sets
