Pay Range: $46,071- $57,128

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM's Operations Support Specialist you will assist with planning, organizing, and facilitating operational projects. You will also respond to inquiries regarding customer complaints, external vendor issues, and staff issues.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Monitor Research processes, communicating with various managers, buyers and staff, in order to make recommendations to the Director and communications team
• Manage Assist with the implementation of decisions by preparing communication to management, staff and vendors
• Plan Organizes, prepares and communicates educational material and/or strategies related to various NFM committees, or store operations as designated by management
• Assist Participates as an active member of the communications team by organizing and facilitating projects related to sales and/or operations

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 1 - 2 years experience in a high-level administrative support or project management position
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Valid driver's license and ongoing acceptable driving record
• Microsoft Office desktop applications
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
