Senior Manager, Strategy

About the Role:
Reporting to Remitly's VP of Strategy, the Strategic Growth Manager will run our quarterly goal setting process throughout Remitly, manage our annual strategic planning, partner with Remitly leaders to develop strategies, and work with our CEO and COO on board level communication.
You Will:
- Lead our goal setting process on a quarterly basis across Remitly
- Prepare strategy communication materials for CEO and COO
- Prepare strategy materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings
- Work on special growth programs and strategy projects.
- Conduct primary and desktop research
- Partner and work with functional and department heads to achieve the above
- Support strategic planning process
- Ensure that intersection points and dependencies are provisioned for
- Inform the base case financials with a clear view on P*Q economics (finance leads)
- Develop growth overlays to base case
- Work with business heads to develop focused goals
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or experience in corporate strategy
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Alignment on Remitly's mission and values
