The Role

As a manager of Enablement, this role will be a key part of the management team leading the Enablement at SeatGeek. This team owns planning and development of all SeatGeek client education and enablement content globally as well as internal employee content tools. We are looking for a dedicated people leader to be accountable for developing these with quality, accuracy, and consistency. 

This role will manage the day-to-day operations of the Enablement Services team by managing our team of technical writers and instructional designers. This individual will leverage enablement services to bring value to our clients and the SeatGeek business. 

What you'll do

  • Lead your team to effectively educate and empower our fans, rightsholders, and the SeatGeek team to use our products and tools successfully
  • Manage scoping, resourcing, and development of learning content and training programs that support enablement of SeatGeek team, clients, fans, and sellers
  • Drive enablement  initiatives, projects, and process improvements that improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of our services 
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and meet the various enablement needs of the SeatGeek organization
  • Manage incoming documentation requests, including scoping, training, and resourcing requests 
  • Be a strong, passionate people manager focused on supporting and growing your employees
  • Lead and oversee a growing globally distributed team of technical writers and instructional designers
  • Facilitate opportunities for knowledge and adoption among SeatGeek Enterprise product end users through internal documentation, client knowledge center, and e-learning tools
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and meet the various enablement needs of the SeatGeek organization
  • Lead the team in key projects and initiatives such as expanding our LMS platform or designing, developing, and launching a new online product certification program
  • Act as training & development resource for SeatGeek
  • Create standardized, scalable knowledge services processes while respecting regional needs and nuances 

What you have

  • 5+ years experience working with technology enablement activities for a variety of different personas, including experience with B2B SaaS software enablement 
  • 2+ Years experience in a people management role, managing a global and distributed team
  • Experience designing,  implementing, and delivering client and internal training programs at scale
  • Experience developing software certification programs 
  • Experience working in complex, customizable SaaS products 
  • Experience in scaling a services organization by leveraging opportunities for knowledge sharing, distribution, and education 
  • Experience in the Ticketing Industry is a plus 
  • Experience with AI assistant and enterprise search tools is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed, typically once per quarter
  • Self-starter mentality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment 
  • A focus on people, and a genuine passion for adult learning and development
  • An open, collaborative approach to designing processes, plans, and solutions 
  • Experience managing others, and a passion for coaching, mentoring, and creating career opportunities for your team
  • Willingness to dig into the details and solve challenges collaborative with your team

The salary range for this role is $77,000 - $118,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
