Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and training to users on the different Legal Business Applications.
  • Provide operational support to the legal team by continually improving cross departmental processes.
  • Projects as needed.
  • Be the SME for the different Legal Business Applications used by legal, including but not limited to, DocuSign CLM DocuSign eSignature, Salesforce, Sharepoint and OneSpace.
  • Participate in cross-departmental teams to understand the complete Contract Management process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered in the End-to-End process for Contract Management, using available resources, escalating to higher tier support when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Legal team and IT to resolve cross-system issues.
  • Ensure that issues are driven to completion to minimize case backlog for Contract Management.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or consultants as needed.
  • Utilize bug/enhancement tracking system to track issues. Provide timely updates and resolutions to requesters.
  • Follow change control system to ensure all related environments stay in sync and ensure that appropriate approvals have been received before production updates are made.
  • Perform research on systems and provide recommended solutions for defects found and for requested enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team and IT to prioritize requested enhancements.
  • Develop accurate estimates for efforts related to requests and enhancements.
  • Build on existing documentation and create new documentation as needed to provide high, medium and detailed views into the cross-system Contract Management functionality.
  • As required, prepare Functional/Technical specifications.
  • Create test plans, conduct and document test activities.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Provide Legal Mailbox/administrative support as needed.



Qualifications:

  • Business knowledge of Legal, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, or Finance
  • Ability to work in multi-discipline and cross-departmental teams
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while paying excellent attention to detail
  • Possess strong organizational and project management skills
  • Extensive experience with CLM, CRM, and/or ERP systems
