Republic is looking for an IT Manager to play an integral part in building and scaling our revolutionary investment platform.

What you'll do:

• Analyze product requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Manage and coordinate cloud-based services and tools
• Help build products from scratch as well as support existing products used by over 1 million active users
• Collaborate with a smart team in a fast-paced environment across dozens of services and products in the fintech space
• Work with a team that spans the globe with team members in the United States, India, Russia, and more

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience working in IT operations
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out infrastructure across various technologies
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
• You are always learning new things and are excited to dive into new projects and new technologies
• You have an attention to detail and have no problem speaking up when a design doesn't make sense
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
• You make a habit of documenting your code and learnings
• You have experience working as a part of a team with Product, Project Managers, stakeholders, designers, Q/A, and other Engineers.
