Job Description

This position is a member of the End User Computing Team working closely with the rest of the team supporting desktop and end user computing functions within the US, Canada, and internationally. Responsible for providing timely support contributing to a positive end user experience while ensuring that users adhere to standards and are compliant from a security, policy, approved software/device use, and license compliance perspective. Coordinates and delivers End User Support services based on incoming flow of service desk tickets, executes on project tasks and priorities set forth by the IT Leadership team and Project Management team. Some travel may be required for this position.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Key member part of our vulnerability management program with a focus on application deployment and software patching
  • Active Directory management
  • Manage virtual applications
  • Microsoft 365 applications
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client device support and/or configuration issues
  • Identify potential cost savings in technology, solutions and/or processes while meeting or exceeding customer experience needs


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Working experience on deploying, packaging, and patching applications through SCCM
  • Working experience in patch management of Microsoft Windows/MAC devices
  • Working experience in creating and maintaining standard images in SCCM
  • Experience using PowerShell and other scripting languages
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize and follow through on projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
